Specifically, this role has the responsibility to provide project management support to teams responsible for delivering complex technical product solutions - Develops and manages project/program plans - Monitors and controls project execution - Modifies or changes approach as required to redirect resources and activities and attain objectives - Communicates project/program status to senior management Qualified candidates must have the following: - Bachelors degree in Business or Technical field or equivalent experience required - Masters degree a plus - Strong understanding of video solutions and architecture - PMP certification or project management masters certificate preferred - 5+ years technical project management experience driving large scale, complex cross-functional project teams - Demonstrated track record of accomplishments, including successful project launches - Strong knowledge of Project Management Institute processes - Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Project and Power Point skills - Excellent organization and time management skills - Understanding of and experience with agile development and release management processes - Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate to all organization levels - Must be able to operate under minimal supervision while serving as a key resource to the business - Takes initiative independently, and is highly organized with attention to detail - Courage to take difficult or unpopular positions when necessary to protect the company - Reputation for exercising the highest integrity - Demonstrated ability to navigate complex environments with a track record of building and fostering credibility and alliances - Effectively communicates and presents ideas to others in a manner that achieves clarity, buy-in, commitment, and success - Hands-on, roll up your sleeves mindset, with the ability to be a driver and change agent in an organization.
