The Data Entry Operator will assist in the daily technical assistance and help desk support . The services of the consultant will assist the primary technical support person with technical and help desk support in periods of need and/or absence.

Required Skills:

* Prior experience supporting XP
* Hands on experience with Windows 7
* Experience with MS Office 2007 and above
* Prior PC Support experience
* Experience in customer service documentation
* Strong phone support and verbal communication skills
