Job Description :

Requirements:

Technical, hands on experience with data warehousing and business intelligence (prefer Teradata)
Experience in project management or leading technical teams
Azure experience would be preferred




A. Overall Purpose Of The Job

* To lead a team working on mergers and acquisitions from Information Technology and Data Analytics standpoint

• To remove impediments that impact the delivery team

• To adhere to and enforce policies, standards, and quality of delivery

• To deliver against the established timelines B. Key Responsibilities

• Follow Caesars frameworks and create a delivery plan based on the delivery timeline

• Identify and execute continuous improvement efforts by adopting best practices

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, project planning, reviews and retrospectives)

• Work closely with product and development teams in coordinating tasks and deliverables • Identify, resolve, or escalate blocking issues that impact the success of the team

• Assist leadership team with resource allocation across project

• Raise issues, drive solutions, and obtain consensus in refinement of objectives

• Manage multiple work streams with inter-project dependencies

• Maintain weekly status updates/metrics to leadership and stakeholders

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory:

• Able to define the purpose of and facilitate the activities of the team and align them to the overall business objectives/goals

• Drive standardized, but scalable, delivery management processes to increase initiative success, improve transparency, and ensure collaboration/communication across team

• Escalates critical issues for appropriate/timely resolution as needed

• Efficiency – Able to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort.

• Integrity – Does not cut corners ethically. Ensures trust and maintains confidences. Speaks truthfully.

• Organization and planning – Plans, organizes, schedules, and budgets in an efficient manner. Focuses on key priorities

• Intelligence – Learns quickly. Demonstrates ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information.

• Attention to detail – Does not let important details slip through the cracks or derail the overall project delivery.

• Persistence – Demonstrates tenacity and willingness to overcome obstacles to accomplish team goals.

• Proactivity – Acts without being directly instructed on what to do. Brings new ideas and solutions to the team.

• Communicates clearly – Able to articulate complex issues clearly. Possesses strong written and presentation skills. Comfortable speaking in front of teams and front line management.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Sciences, Business or in a related field is preferred
* Certifications in project management and/or Agile methodology preferred
* Delivery management from a mergers and acquisitions perspective, preferred
* Experience in a data and analytics environment, prefer
