Candidate must be critical thinking with strong attention to detail and communication skills Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test scenarios, test cases & test strategies Prior experience in Web and App User Testing with a focus on User Experience Analyze and Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide valid feed backs and appropriate estimates. Ability to prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities with scrum\Kanban team. Identify, record, document thoroughly in test management, defect & project management tool. Ability to perform Sanity, regression, SIT & UAT executions on various environments as when required. Well versed with testing process to apply in Agile/Scrum/Kanban framework. Collaborate with internal & external teams with good communication and soft skills to make sprint deliverables with smooth transition and achieve team goals and objectives Display techno functional abilities to assist development team in debugging and capture the events to pin point the issues. Stay up-to-date with new testing tools & Techniques and flexible enough to apply and adopt new test strategies & process. Required Skills: Experience in analyzing requirements and come up with test scenarios and test approach Creating and maintenance experience on test artifacts using test utilities Extensive experience on Black box testing with upgraded test concepts and techniques. Ability to create and execute, strategies & test cases for data, functional validations Experience on Ecommerce domain is a plus. Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously and produce high quality deliverables Strong problem solving and analytical skills demonstrated by the ability to assimilate new information, understand complex topics and arrive at sound analysis and judgment Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills Masters/Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar curriculum background is preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience Desired Skills: Experience Agile Development Projects Keeps abreast of current technology trends Familiar with application development best practices Well-versed in the use of Microsoft Office Tools, Test management & Project management tools.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
