Assist the development team during the security application rewrite. Day-to-Day Tasks include, but not limited to: Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC) Use Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 or higher and write code using MVC Architecture, .Net Core, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, XML, Web APIs and WCF. Prepare scripts to create and modify existing Oracle tables, create indexes, constraints, triggers, views, etc., code stored procedures and packages, convert, and migrate data when necessary. Participate in business analysis and systems development lifecycle. Mentor and assist other programmers, both state and consultant, providing guidance for debugging, troubleshooting, securing, and deploying applications, data access, data communications and system architecture configurations. Use a source code repository TFS for checking in and checking out source code branching off new versions of the source code. Work within the IT Service Management System to take in incidents and service requests for the application, as well as request services from other ITS groups. Code applications that access Protected Health Information. Diagnose and debug production issues reported via ITSM. Escalate critical calls as necessary and join bridge calls to assist in diagnosis. Report status of current tasks and outstanding issues to supervisor. Mandatory Qualifications: Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer. 84+ Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. Preferred Qualifications: 108 Months Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop/maintain complex applications in C#.Net, ASP.Net for multi-tier web deployment. 108 months Experience with Oracle 11G or higher and writing SQL and PL/SQL queries, updates, stored procedures, functions and cursors, and Oracle SQL query optimization. 108 Months Experience in developing and maintaining web applications that utilize modern client-side technologies such as HTML5, AJAX, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheets. 36 Months Experience in developing applications that utilize .Net Core MVC and Angular frameworks. 24 Months Experience in developing web-based application user interface with responsive web design (RWD) that follow Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 85 Months Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including development of secure .Net web-services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), SOAP/Restful APIs, message, and queue processing, and/or an Enterprise Service Bus. 60 Months Experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source code management. 36 months Experience coding and maintaining applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
