Job Description Administrator: Windows Administrator, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008,

Commack, NY (candidates must be local)

Experience:



· 4+ years experience as a Windows Administrator.

· 4+ current years experience with server virtualization (e.g. VMWare ESX).

· 4+ current years experience with Windows Server OS (i.e. Windows 2003, 2008).

· Current experience with enterprise ticketing solutions (e.g. BMC Remedy).

· Current experience with networking technologies.

· Prior pharmaceutical or regulated industry experience desirable.



Licensure/Credentials:



Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) credential.

VMware Certified Professional (VCP3/4)

Knowledge of ITIL processes required (v3). ITIL certification is a plus.





Work performed



· Perform local and remote installation of Windows 2003 / 2008 from scripts

· Perform patching and updating of Windows 2003 / 2008 systems

· Perform local and remote installation of ESX 4.x

· Deploy Active Directory 2008 role servers.
