Job Description Manager: Monitor Network, Project Management, Scope Management,

Description:

Day-to-Day Tasks include, but not limited to:

Coordinate the activities of the project teams.
Create, monitor, and manage project plans, schedules, scope, risks, issues, costs, changes, and other project management artifacts.
Report project status.
Provide a focal point for issues and concerns raised by the Contractor team or the NYSDOH.
Manage Contractor system development tasks and project resources per priorities established by NYSDOH.
Identify risks and develop strategies to control them.
Document lessons learned.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Oversees and coordinates the people, resources and processes required to deliver new software or to upgrade existing products. May take a hands-on role in software development.
84+ Months-Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Preferred Qualifications:

84 months experience as a Software Manager working on software enhancements or new application development project(s) coordinating with the project team including users, business analysts and developers.
84 months experience with analysis of complex business rules, workflow processes, and re-engineering business processes.
84 months experience leading meetings overseeing sessions with business analysts and developers to ensure correct functional requirements, non-functional requirements, and security requirements are documented.
84 months experience with coordinating all phases of application development including requirements analysis, design and development, testing, and maintenance of complex systems and reports.
72 months managing teams.
36 months experience with Visio, Balsamiq, and/or other tools for creating and maintaining process flows and wireframes.
