You should have good knowledge of scripting generally and Python specifically. This role requires you going into cloud environments, many of which are Microsoft-based, and editing the environment to make sure our software can be installed properly. Examples of things you will be doing: Writing a script in Python in PowerShell that updates hundreds of configuration files Creating an AWS Lambda function to handle events from another service youve written Sending and pulling data from various APIs, some of which are not well-documented Individuals who will excel in this role will be comfortable learning new languages and are hands-on problem solvers. Fundamentally, you will be scripting in novel environments and creating long-term solutions for the customer onboarding process. Soft Skill requirements: This role is customer-facing. You will be interacting with engineers of customer organizations, so you must be an excellent verbal and written communicator. This role, while not a sales engineer role, requires an ability to interact with individuals outside of our organization.
