The CS-TPM tool is configured based on the Hiperos/Coupa SAaS application and is used for assessing these risk types. We are looking for an experienced professional to join SVMs Third Party Management Office (TPMO) team as a Support Analyst for the support and enhancement of the use Key Responsibilities: Oversee and/or assist in the technical build and testing for tool improvements Maintain the underlying tool and questionnaire logic within CS-TPM as required Assist in translating business requirements and change requests into implementable technical improvements to the tool and defining issues Assist with broader CS technology (IT department) to ensure that all feeds and updates between and amongst systems are fully functional Maintain process and controls to ensure data accuracy and integrity Overview of department/team: Challenges contractor will be facing in role: Different locations of team members Essential skills and qualifications: Prior experience with maintaining a Hiperos / Coupa Risk Assess implementation is preferred; experience with a similar TPRM or GRC tool is desired 3+ years application development and implementation experience 3+ years supporting SaaS solutions in a production environment Prior work experience supporting a bank or financial services institution preferred 1. Prior experience with working independently as well as within a team composed of colleagues based locally and internationally 2. Proven understanding of database/data warehouse design and architecture 3. Proven ability to interact effectively across all levels within an organization 4.
