Required Skills: * all roles and responsibilities as outlined in a BA1 plus the following * Experience in a Business Systems Analyst role for 4 years within the last 8 years * Experience working directly with end users to define requirements and provide technical advice and assistance in an large scale environment * Experience translating customer needs into formal business requirements * Experience using a business requirements tracking tool for recording and prioritization of business requirements * Experience analyzing end user needs and conducting fit gap analysis * Experience using Project Managment software (Clarity or Microsoft Project ) to develop and maintain a WBS on a minimum of two projects * Experience in systems processes and data mapping, requirements gathering and creation of detailed documentation * Experience on a 2 full life cycle software development or implementation projects at 2000 hours to complete * Experience with at least 1 organization as large as DPS * Experience with Agile in one organization * Experience using Agile Alignment within BABOK in at least one organization * Experience using Visio to create Business process flows ;standard flowcharts and swim lane diagrams * Experience creating test conditions, test cases, and test scenarios * Experience in Business Process Re-engineering   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
