We have a contract need for a Data Warehouse Architect to work with our Columbus, Ohio client. Candidate should have in depth understanding of principles around data architecture, data integration, database design, operational and master data management. He or she should be highly proficient in data modeling skills and be capable to create Conceptual, Logical, and Physical data models to represent business and support its operational and analytical needs. The candidate should also have solid experience in implementing and supporting large Data Warehousing systems, preferably in SAP HANA. Position Requirements: Understanding of SAP Functional areas Understanding of SAP data structures Data Modeling skills SAP HANA Modeling Very strong analytical, communication and presentation skills with competence to work independently and ability to take initiatives at individual level In depth understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience in areas such as Active DW implementation, Business Discovery platforms, and Enterprise DW strategy Solid work experience is a must in data modeling tools such as PowerDesigner and/or ERWin. Education or Equivalent: BS in computer or related field. Experience with Kimball Data Warehouse design methodology.
