At first, until the team can get through some of the backlog, you will be doing more of this type of work needed below, but after, you will be transitioned into a more developer type role. Job role to start: Defines the functional capabilities that need to be implemented to automate the business/IT process Documents which application components will be leveraged to automate each of the required functional/business capabilities, identify automation components that will be built vs. re-used vs. integrated with, and how applications relate to each other Work with architects to ensure the automation components align with a specific architecture component and meet performance goals Defines the high-level solution, ensures appropriate license and system accesses are requested Works with the ADL to obtain stakeholder sign-off and permission to proceed with development estimation Documents the as-is processes and proposed to-be processes Ensures the development team understands the proposed design for build; provides ongoing support Skills Looking for: Automation Anywhere - Deep knowledge and development experience needed Experience in scoping business requirements, identifying scope change and system impacts (including external systems) Experience in documenting requirements using Use Cases, Entity Relationship Diagrams, Process Decomposition Diagrams and Workflows Experience in interfacing with business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating requirements work sessions, and writing detailed business requirements for moderately complex projects.
