The Program Managers primary responsibility will be to lead the entire Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation effort from start to finish including coordinating the activities with system stakeholders and the implementation contractor. The selected Program Manager will ensure that the program is completed on schedule and that the final product meets the business, technical, quality, and contractual requirements.
