Description: Requirement Description: short description on what they will be working on, objectives, and tasks/deliverables Responsibilities include: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring, Controlling and Closing the projects that are assigned. This PM4 will be responsibilities for managing the following projects: 1. Teradata Upgrade – This is a large contract with a vendor for an upgrade that will take up to six months. This system is used to produce state-wide statistics and prevent fraud. 2. File Net Upgrade – FileNet contains images of our correspondences with taxpayers. This system is critical to our ability to administer taxes. This system needs to be upgraded to remain current. This project will be done with existing resources. 3. PeopleSoft Upgrade – This system produces most of our revenue accounting data for our business taxes. This system needs to be upgraded to remain current. The team is working on an RFP for this effort. This project may or may not be assigned to this new PM based on his or her skills and ability to adapt to our environment. 4. Methodology – We would also like this person to assist us with our methodology. We currently utilize waterfall and agile. This person will be asked to examine what we do and make recommendation on improvement. Mandatory Requirements/Time:• 8 plus years of experience managing information technology projects • 5 years of experience managing projects with cost greater than $1 million. • 5 years of experience managing a team larger that 10 people including 3rd party vendors Not mandatory; but preferred • Experience with Teradata or other data mining software • Experience with FileNet • Experience with PeopleSoft • Experience with utilizing multiple methodologies • Project manager certification, Agile certification   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
