Job Description Specialist: SHARE POINT 2003, SharePoint 2007/2010, INFOPATH FORMS, Pair Programming

Description:

Meet with business area clients, assess business needs, identify user stories, design solutions, build prototypes, solicit feedback, iterate solutions, oversee UAT of the solutions, and deploy into the business area.Create solutions via using NCS (No Code Solutions) strategies of using existing out-of-the-box SharePoint services, features, apps, and web parts. Focus on selecting, arranging, and configuring components—without using Visual Studio,.Net programming, CSS or other HTML coding.

Required Skills:

* development experience and/or exposure to SharePoint 2013
* development experience with previous SharePoint Versions 2010 or 2007
* experience in building work flows within SharePoint that have conditional logic and complexity utilizing Nintex Workflows
* experience in online data gathering via InfoPath forms.
* ability to work in an agile, cohesive team in pair-programming style w/ample information sharing, mentoring, & sharing the coverage and support
* ability and motivation to manage the delivery of assigned user stories/features/solutions within a rapid, yet sustainable, scope-controlled pace.

Desired Skills:

* Linking SharePoint to external data repositories.
* Experience or proficiency SharePoint 2013 third-party add-ins: InfoPath, Dell Quick Apps, and Axceler Change Manager and Control Point.
