The QAS Specialist will work with Application Teams during pre and post assessment periods. The QAS Specialist reports to the Quality Assurance Team Lead. For each phase end review the Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible to plan, schedule, execute, and document findings of the review. Quality Assurance Specialists must have a detailed understanding of processes which support the software development lifecycle. The Quality Assurance Lead is responsible for communicating with the State regarding the progress of the quality approach and a summary of the metrics, as well as managing the Quality Assurance Specialists. Required Skills: * All roles and responsibilities as outlined in QA1 and QA2 plus the following * Experience in testing Information Technology products and applications * Experience in automation testing using QTP, MS Visual Studio coded UI, Selenium, Gherkin etc * Experience developing and scripting in C# * Experience developing and scripting in Visual Basic * Experience in end to end automation testing * Experience in converting existing manual test cases to automation scripts * Experience conducting test case reviews to ensure scenarios accurately capture business functionality * Experience developing continuous process improvements to increase efficiency of QA and development * BS degree in Computer Science or related field * Experience in last three years in end to end automation testing using MS Visual Studio coded UI * Experience in last three years in end to end automation testing using Team Foundation Server * Experience in last three years in end to end automation testing using Microsoft Test Manager * Excellent communication skills both written and oral   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
