Job Description Specialist: PeopleSoft Inventory Module, PeopleSoft HR, PeopleSoft Payroll, Peoplesoft ELM PeopleSoft 9.2 Upgrade Pe

*Description:
*Client is in need of qualified functional and technical resources to support the State of Oklahoma PeopleSoft Financials and Human Capital Management systems. this support includes , software upgrades and enhancements in conjunction with state and contract resources. The vendor is responsible for providing qualified resources as necessary to enable the continued expansion and enhancement of the mission critical statewide PeopleSoft enterprise system.

*Any contracted staff must be proficient in PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF). knowledge of State and Federal requirements to ensure compliance with state and federal government policies, practices and procedures. Contract staff will interact with Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES), Information Services Division (ISD), Enterprise Business Services (EBS), Department of Central Accounting and Reporting (DCAR), Central Purchasing and agencies utilizing the State of Oklahoma PeopleSoft modules and integrated technologies.

This includes but not limited to the following PeopleSoft Modules:
*General Ledger
*Accounts Payable
*Purchasing
*Commitment Control
*Project Costing
*Customer Contracts
*Grants Management
*Billing
*Accounts Receivable
*Asset Management
*Inventory
*Base Benefits
*Time and Labor
*HR
*Payroll
*ELM

*Experience:
Each staff resource provided under this solicitation must have experience with large implementations featuring complex customizations of PeopleSoft. Each resource must have an understanding of governmental operational systems and areas of experitse depending upon requested resource.

Required qualifications:
*Proven PeopleSoft knowledege and expertise in supporting or developing PeopleSoft Financial modules 9.2 and HCM 9.0.
*Proven administrative, functional and technical resources.
*Ready ability to provide necessary staff resources for as the project demands.
