-Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Congif Mgmt
-Service Disruption Communications and Escalations
-Minor Enhancement/Configuration Changes
-Preventive Maintenance
-Operations Support
-Technical Currency and Refresh (Patch Installations, Minor Upgrades)
-Unit and Integration Testing
