Short Description :
The Team Lead of the SURE Help Desk that is being put together at the DOS.

Complete Description:
This position is the Team Leader for the SURE Help Desk. This position will lead all aspects of the SURE Help Desk. This position will be involved in all user support for the 67 counties and over 500+ county users, 20+ agency users and the general public that use the SURE Suite of Applicaitons.

Responsibilities :
* Lead all aspects of the help desk solution for the SURE Applications.
* Task all help desk technicians with work assigned from internal and external.
* Track all calls and utilization to ensure that the help desk is fully utilized and managed.
* Scheduling of all technicians to ensure that all aspects of the help desk are maned, during the peak and non-peak times.
* Ensure training of help desk procedures.
* Create help desk procedures where necessary
* Participate in support of the counties, from taking phone calls, following up on phone calls and any other tasks assigned.
* Resolve support issues
* Participate in problem solving if there are issues with users and help desk technicians to ensure that our users are supported correctly.
* Creation of status documents, metrics and management report to report to executive management.
* Participation in status meetings and other management level meetings.
* Other duties as assigned
