Job Description: Manage functions and develop team of payroll staff (team of 3). Manage payroll workload to meet operational requirements. Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant (government regulations and company policies) and timely manner. Respond to queries from employees regarding payroll and related questions (taxes, withholdings, etc.) Work collaboratively with Benefits and HR functions, as well as IT team, for various data, feeds and information that comes from these departments. Continually review and improve payroll functions and procedures. Support all internal and external audits. Monitor all new government regulations impacting payroll. Manage and resolve all issues related to payroll production. Required Skills: 7 -10 years payroll experience, overseeing a payroll department in a large company. ADP Vantage Platform and ADP Time strongly preferred; ADP experience is required. Experience with multi state and localities Knowledge of accounting practices Knowledge of pension and deferred compensation payments Experience with report writing Experience resolving issues relating to payroll production Knowledge of mobility and expatriates Knowledge of stock plans and issuance Experience with all types of garnishments Required Education: Senior - Associates Degree with a minimum of five years administrative project management experience.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
