May require a bachelors degree in a related area and 5-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Support the maintenance, development and upgrading of applications to current .NET technology in the Program Controls, DBE and IT departments. Must have previous experience interfacing applications with Primavera and other project management database systems and applications (DARTS, eTEAMS, P2S, SiteManager). Design and implement data import processes between various application databases. Must be familiar with project management processes and have significant experience developing database driven web applications. Will be responsible for developing upgrades and providing deployment packaging and support during system deployment. Will be required to test and support systems migrating to newer database versions and database instances. Responsible for the overall design of the enterprise-wide data/information architecture, which maps to the enterprise architecture and balances the need for access against security and performance requirements.
