SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:
THIS POSITION WILL BE THE LIAISON BETWEEN THE INTERNAL AGENCY PROJECT TEAM AND THE VENDOR FOR ANY CHANGES THAT NEED TO BE MADE TO THE SOFTWARE TO MEET THE PROGRAM AREA NEEDS AND FOR ANY CHANGES THAT MAY NEED TO BE MADE IN INTERNAL PROCESSES TO MEET THE SOFTWARE FUNCTIONALITY. THIS POSITION WILL ASSIST THE INTERNAL STAFF USING THE PRODUCT IN MAPPING THE SOFTWARE TO THE BUSINESS FUNCTIONS AND LOOKING FOR OPPORTUNITIES TO MAKE IMPROVEMENTS IN INTERNAL PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES AS WELL AS OPPORTUNITIES TO IMPROVE THE CONSUMER SATISFACTION WITHIN THE PROGRAM AREA. THIS POSITION WILL ALSO WORK WITH SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS WITH THE PROGRAM AREA TO IDENTIFY PAIN POINTS WITHIN THE SOFTWARE THAT NEED TO BE MODIFIED TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. THIS POSITION WILL BE WORKING WITH SOFTWARE VENDOR AND INTERNAL STAFF TO MAKE IMPROVEMENTS TO BOTH BUSINESS PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES AND SOFTWARE FUNCTIONALITY.

DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
• BUSINESS PROCESS – SOFTWARE MAPPING
• BUSINESS PROCESS REVIEW
• PROPOSE BUSINESS PROCESS AND PROCEDURE IMPROVEMENTS
• ENTERPRISE SOFTWARE REVIEW
• WORKING WITH STAFF ON RESOLVING PAIN POINTS WITH ENTERPRISE SOFTWARE FUNCTIONALITY
• PROPOSE ENTERPRISE SOFTWARE IMPROVEMENTS AND MODIFICATIONS
• LIAISON BETWEEN AGENCY PROJECT MANAGER, SOFTWARE VENDOR, AGENCY PROGRAM AREA STAFF
• PROVIDE PRESENTATIONS, DOCUMENTATION, CORRESPONDENCE, REPORTS FOR USE AS SOFTWARE CHANGE ORDERS AND/OR STATEMENTS OF WORK FOR MODIFICATIONS TO SOFTWARE
• PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION AND TRAINING FOR ANY RECOMMENDED CHANGES TO BUSINESS PROCESSES
