Move the ICPC intake/case from case construct to TFACTS Event model. i. Two new events – ICPC Incoming, ICPC Outgoing b. Eliminate screens & data elements no longer needed c. Streamline workflow d. Automate population of 100A – Interstate Compact Placement Request and the 100B – Interstate Compact Report on Childs Placement Status. e. Create a Timeline of Events for ICPC instance to enable ICPC staff to manage when items are completed and when new items are due. f. Create an ICPC Workload View for ICPC staff that will present a listing of instances assigned to ICPC staff along with relevant information about each instance. g.
