The Project Coordinator will help monitor and manage project status, schedule, scope, quality, issues, risks and dependencies among other requirements. The Project Coordinator should understand project management processes. A working knowledge for organization and tracking systems and vendor management is essential. This role is one that requires teamwork, business acumen, strong relationship management skills, with both IT and Business areas, and ability to address management. An understanding of project governance in the context of large scale projects is required. The Project Coordinator should embrace the BNSF Leadership Model and actively demonstrate commitment to the model. Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Functions: • Maintain extended team roster, contact information, location and certification information • Support UAS Operations Manager/Field Manager and project team by scheduling meetings and providing other logistical support needed for meetings (e.g. Meeting space, A/V setup, supplies, food etc.) • Capture & publish meeting notes including any risks, action items, issues, or decisions • Support UAS Operations Manager/Field Manager with status reporting (e.g. Collecting status from each work stream and creating first draft of status report) • Update Maintain Inventory Management System • Assist the UAS Operations Manager/Field Manager in updating the project schedule and working with Project Manager/Program Manager to ensure activities are completed as scheduled • Manage project site administration, document version control and tracking reviews/approvals • Assist in Extended Team UAS Governance Desired Skills and Experience Qualifications • Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college/university • Experience in business and solution development, project management, and project delivery • Ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization • Experience working with vendors/partners to deliver projects • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Visio and Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and SharePoint   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
