Job Description Analyst: Quorum Tips, Oracle Database, System Analysis,

Systems Analyst III - IT Application Implementation Specialist

In this role the selected individual will work closely with the project manager to advance the integration and the functionality of the existing TIPS system. This person will work with a variety of end users and individuals from other business units to define requirements, to convert these into technical design and document configuration changes to successfully implement this new functionality.

The Systems Analyst will interpret business requirements and develop functional specifications for use by the design, programming and testing staff. Related responsibilities may include:

- Generating detailed requirement specifications
- Implementing approved standards, guidelines, and procedures
- Documenting all requirements (e.g., system specifications, data models, network design schematics)
- Providing feasibility studies
- Carrying out impact analysis including dependencies on other projects and parts of the business
- Developing functional and technical specifications
- Designing functional data models

Required Experience
- A strong technical background within the O&G environment emphasis on E&P
- Applications and Systems Support strengths
- Solid Oracle database skills
- Functional experience with Exploration and Production (E&P) Gas processing systems
- Gas measurement, allocation and gas plan accounting experience
- NOTE 1: EXPERIENCE WITH QUORUM TIPS IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED
- NOTE 2: Background with PRA and/or FLOWCAL represent strong plus skills
