Description:

JOB SUMMARY: Provide 24x7x365 Call Center technology support which utilizes CIC Telephony and GMT Workforce Management Systems to ensure maximum uptime and business partner service level agreements are met. Monitor support queues & server system metrics for outages and/or performance concerns. This position also requires working with business partners to gather requirements for both major and minor system changes/enhancements and migration of these enhancements into test and production environments. In addition, typical duties include system maintenance including documentation, standard operating procedures and vendor patches that must be maintained in order to ensure server system integrity. In addition to the above, applicants for this position will be part of a 2 person technical support team supporting over 300 call center end business users in 3 call center locations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTIC

5 Years Minimum of CIC Telephony Systems Administration, including senior level knowledge of handlers, call routing, call queueing, line management, capacity analysis, blended and outbound dialer, campaigns, unified messaging and recorder.
2.x core certified from Interactive Intelligence.
4 Years Minimum of Telephony Communications & Hardware Experience
2 Years Minimum of Windows 2000/2003 Server Administration
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (including Visio)
Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills

Other Helpful Knowledge (but not required):
SQL compliant RDBMS (MS SQL Server)
Knowledge of Networking Technologies (voice, data, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN)
Technical Documentation Methods and Procedures
Project Management Methodologies
Networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN)


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or Equivalent
EXPERIENCE: 4-6 years technology work (at least 4 of which are in application development & support)
