Job Description Tech Lead: Public Sector Experience, Oracle E Business Suite R12, SQL, PLSQL HRMS Management Oracle Development

Techno Functional Project Manager Job details:

· Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope.

· Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input.

· Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action.

· Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.

Responsibilities

· Participates as facilitator in cross-functional teams.

· Forms good personal relationships with clients.

· Interviews Client gaining knowledge of their position and shares this with team.

· Participates in team development of consulting methods and tools for the assignment.

· Influences some clients by suggesting possible solutions or helping to shape client thinking.

· Support complex Management of Change (MOC) initiatives.

· Thorough understanding of business functionality provided, most technical specifics and some key interdependencies - able to effectively troubleshoot complex problems within application/component and many problems involving interdependencies

· Understand customer requirements and advise project team on highly specialized, complex solutions architecture and implementation.

· Drive key meetings and workshops to achieve the outcomes within the deadline. Lead the client interactions for workshop, defining the process flows, testing and go live activities.

· Consult and advise clients on strategic business and technical alternatives. Leverage customer satisfaction through building business relationships and trust.

Required Experience

· 3-4 years commercial or public sector experience

· 5+ years of experience with Oracle eBusiness Application as Techno-Functional Consultant.

· Techno-functional resource with experience supporting Oracle eBusiness suite (11.5.9, 11.5.10 and 12x versions)

· Strong SQL, PL/SQL. Oracle Forms and Reports development and debugging experience

· Advanced knowledge of: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Human Resource Management Systems, Inventory, Work in Process and Order Management modules.

· Production support experience working with Oracle Applications, Database and Technical support

· Provide Industry Expertise to Customers and internal project teams for solution development, specifically for Oracle WAM solutions.

· Well versed with Oracle implementation methodology.

· Background in strategy formulation, process design, and information modeling.

· Broad industry and commercial experience.

· Broad understanding of core business processes of focused domain.

· Customer Interfacing skills

· Documentation skills
