The team is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of Office 365 solutions and its customers. Role Profile: Reporting the O365 Manager, the O365 Application development/admin is responsible for the development and maintenance Microsoft COTS solutions, including integrations, both in production and in development. Key Job Duties: Providing services to create, maintain, upgrade the O365 environment which includes Microsoft SharePoint online. Define complex system requirements and objectives based on business needs and deliver high-quality solutions based on single sign-on technologies and secure gateways. Troubleshoot and resolve system service failures by identifying and analyzing the situation and provide corrective actions. Provide senior-level expertise on decisions and priorities regarding systems and O365 architecture. Facilitate the establishment and implementation of standards, processes, and documentation that guide the design of technology solutions including architecting and implementing solutions. Work closely with the O365 team and customers to test applications and assist in providing development support for defect fixes and system enhancements. Advanced knowledge of Power Shell command line and scripting language/techniques. Examples of required skillset: • Understanding of principles of software development - Object Oriented Design, Design Patterns, Single Page Applications, Test-Driven Development • Expert-level development skills in building Office 365 solutions using Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI,SharePoint Online Sharepoint Online, Azure websites SPFx, CSOM, JSON, Typescript, JavaScript, Node.js, C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, MVC, Visual Studio, SQL. • Experience with front end frameworks (React, Angular). • Experience with tools for O365 like Metalogix, Layer2 e.t.c., and third party apps for SharePoint like InfoWise alerts, TeamImprover, Pentalogix e.t.c., • Integration experience using interfaces and Web APIs in JSON and XML formats. • Experience working with Python scripts. • Experience with distributed source control systems - GIT • Understanding of and experience working on SQL Server platform • Previous experience with Jira Skills, Experience, and Education: Essential • Practical and systematic approach to testing • Experience working with COTS applications and Office 365 • Minimum of 5 years testing on a website or web application • Minimum of one year working in an Agile project • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines • Ability to work independently and with others • Outstanding attention to details • Passionate about helping others and about technology • Task oriented, objective, and level-headed • Advance coding in VB.NET, ASP.Net, CSOM, JSON, T-SQL, C, C#, Javascript, Typescript, Node.js or Python • Advanced knowledge of Sharepoint and related frameworks and applications.(InfoWise alerts, TeamImprover, Pentalogic. • Ability to write complex SQL statements Beneficial • Experience with local government and land use and permitting activities • Four-year degree in business or technology field • Masters degree in technology Hours and Environment The team utilizes an agile development strategy conducted in 6-wee   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
