P8 v4.5.1 will reach end of support April 30, 2014, making an upgrade to P8 v5.x necessary to operate a supported version. Additionally, the current systems use Oracle as the database management system. Henrico would like to migrate the data to Microsoft SQL Server. Henricos FileNet system facilitates a number of critical business processes via capture and storage of documents. Without the FileNet infrastructure, the County could not perform many of its core business functions. Henrico is without an adequate FileNet system administrator who could independently implement the upgrade. Henrico has to rely on the technical skills, guidance and assistance provided by this Certified FileNet staff augmentation procurement in order to upgrade both the development FileNet environment and the production FileNet environment and to migrate the data from Oracle to Microsoft SQL Server. The existing development and production systems are configured as follows. ? IBM FileNet P8 Content Manager v4.5.1 o Installed Components ? Content Manager Core ? Content Search Engine o Components Not Installed ? Single Sign On ? SSL ? Sharepoint Web Parts ? Rendition Engine ? High availability or clustering ?
