Some extended hours of work may be required. Secondary purposes of this position may include other IT Security processes. IAM Analyst is responsible for fielding System Access Requests (including new user, modify, transfer, delete, etc.), validating the request info, then processing the request and sending it to provisioning teams, if necessary. Coordinating with Requestors, the Help Desk and provisioning teams is also required. An ambitious Tier 1 IAM Analyst will also recognize opportunities to improve the existing process, as well as, automate certain manual tasks. General duties for this role include, but are not limited to: • Ensuring Termination requests are performed within the SLA to remove access for users that have left the Agency. A staggered work shift may be required to process Termination requests submitted after business hours. • Processing other access requests in a timely fashion. • Submitting various types of tickets through VITAs KeyStone Edge system (ServiceNow) • Investigating tickets and following up with stakeholders when necessary • Managing other ticket queues and shared mailboxes. • Adding/removing users from groups, systems.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
