MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS · 15+ years of Master Data, Big Data, Analytics architecture experience · 10 years of experience working in a large-scale, heterogeneous IT environment. · Ability to translate short- and long-range strategic plans for architecture into design and implementation of current and future applications. · Has deep technical expertise in three or more technology domains, and broad understanding of how that technology is used across multiple business functions, in multiple industries, to deliver business value. · Is able to influence with credibility across multiple business functions or technologies with limited analysis (based on prior experience). · Excellent interpersonal, oral/presentation and written communication skills in both technical and non-technical language. · Strong leadership, project and team building skills – ability to lead teams and drive projects and initiatives by working effectively with others with a demonstrated ability to work cross-departmentally. · Strong collaborator – willingness to share ideas, documentation, and best practices. · Conceptual and analytical thinker – ability to extract, analyze and document complex business and technical requirements/strategies from customers and IT team members · Demonstrated understanding of system development lifecycle, project management approaches, as well as requirements, design, and testing techniques DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS · 10+ years of successful track record and experience architecting/designing business-critical Data and analytics solutions in a multi-platform heterogeneous environment for large-scale enterprise or major IT consulting firm. · Prior work experience designing and operating Big Data Analytics solutions in SAP Analytics Cloud, AWS, Azure, Hadoop/HDFS, Spark, Kafka, Nifi, or Google Cloud Services · Experience in at least one of the following additional business domains: Utility, Energy, eCommerce, Retail or Consumer Banking · Up-to-date working knowledge in at least one of the following additional technical domains: Application Integration (SOAP/ XML, REST/JSON, Micro-services/Streaming Data), Web and Mobile Applications Architecture (.Net, SharePoint and Java), SAP Solution Architecture (CRM, ECC, SAP BW, SAP BOBJ-BI, SAP BOBJ-DS, SAP PI/PO, SAP HANA etc.), Utility “Operations Technology” (Systems such as: SCADA, EMS, OMS, AMI, DMS, etc.) · Demonstrated experience in Data visualization, KPIs, dashboards, and advanced analytics as enterprise solution. · Prior work experience designing and operating Master Data Management, Metadata Management and Data Quality Management solutions and processes · Experience in at least one of the following additional business domains: Utility, Energy, eCommerce, Retail or Consumer Banking · Ability to identify “unspoken” requirements of an overall solution ecosystem including support, monitoring, maintenance, etc. · Proven ability to develop business cases and detailed project plans for large-scale IT · Experience working with a broad range of technology vendors · Breadth in emerging data   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
