Job Description Developer: WSLCB Management, Data For Presentation, Knowledge With WSLCB Staff,

*Description:
The Client is seeking an expert skill level contractor to do the
following work in the IBM System iAS/400 System: Implement required changes from the 2015 Washington State legislative session.Provide support and resolve identified issues in system.Extract data to be used for data analytics.

*Required Skills:
*Additional Expectations
*Conducting analysis or gathering information with WSLCB staff.
*Seeking input or direction from the WSLCB staff or management.
*Development of any criteria for decision making or choosing among options.
*Peer review and feedback on work assignments.
*Preparing materials, demo system, or data for presentations.
*Maintenance of a work or task plan.
*When requested, participation in meetings and teleconferences with the WSLCB staff, and provide
input to business and customers and other team members.
*Sharing knowledge with the WSLCB staff, including knowledge transfer to WSLCB technical staff and
coaching or mentoring business area customers is required on all work completed.

*Desired Skills
*Expert level knowledge of developing, implementing and maintaining COBOL programs on IBM System i
or AS/400 computer systems.
*Proven proficient experience in working with CLP and RPG programming in an IBM System I or AS/400
environment.
*Proven proficient experience with problem solving and identifying issues within a system.
*Proven proficient experience with data analytics.
*Proven proficient experience in oral and written communication skills – convey information according to
the needs of the audience, and receive and understand information.
