Story Behind the Need – Business Group & Key Projects We support the customer data products that are being built, in the business organization. Have two main applications Edapt and CDX. This person will take over where the previous resource left off. Right now in the last stages in getting a project across the finish line, that goes live at the end of April. They need someone to support and pick up were the current resource is leaving. Also working as a product owner on the CDX side, tracking data quality issues. Another person on the team is also leaving, so this person will need to be able to support both ends. More of a senior system analyst level that can drive work forward, get in the details and be able to work at a higher level. Typical Day in the Role · All of the work is filtered in through one team, same project same information. Status meetings on an MTR standpoint, then once they go live it will be all hands-on deck to fix any issues. That will be up in the air depending on how the launch goes. · Documentation, managing system cut over, helping to make sure we have all of our plans there. Helping to get some of the work t-d up and ready to go for after launch. · Team of 10 analysts, very collaborative. On the CDX side there are 4 who focus (one will be going on leave) super collaborative atmosphere, very safe, hard working. · Potential for extension for 2-4 months after, would not anticipate any conversion. · Remote work after the person has proven ability and on occasion – need to be onsite for the most part and know the people and lay of the land. Candidate Requirements · Would like someone who is able to work independently, cross functional worker in a large organization. · Have experience with data or data analysis would be helpful · 2-3 years of experience in the industry would be good. More about the person · Disqualifier – if someone is too focused on the engineering or development side and not as hands on with the business. If someone is too senior – if they are expecting to be in a Director level, this is more of a get your hands dirty type of role. · Performance indicators – will be working with the manager, meeting with them and providing feedback based on the teams input. We would escalate any issues if necessary.
