Please go into your portal and run the following report: Click Reports Menu > Main Reports > Click Rate Verification Report Under the Contract Reports Section > Download or Export to PDF If the information generated in the report is incorrect, please write in the updated information (i.e. type of employee (Payrate, W2, Sub, 1099, H1B, Sub Company, Rate to 1099 or Sub Company). We will review the new information provided and reach out if we need more information to validate the changes you provide in the report. If you find it easier to provide us with a copy of your pay register - then you may send us a W2 redacted payroll register for the period 5/6/24 - 5/17/24 and company invoices for the same period for 1099/sub-companies. Once you are ready to submit - please create a proposal for this req and attach your documents. The deadline is 7/12/24.
