Description :

Client is seeking to secure vendor assistance for the Compliance Leads in the Underground Economy (CLUE) project.

Positions:

* Expert level resource to lead .Net developers with knowledge of system architecture, systems analysis and design, and qualified in Categories 5 and 15.

* Expert level resources to work as .Net developers with knowledge of systems analysis and design and qualified in Category 15.

* Senior level resources to work as .Net developers with knowledge of systems analysis and design and qualified in Category 15.

Skill Category:

Required Contractor Skills for “Senior” Category 15 Developer
6.1.1 Experience developing software applications for governmental agencies;
6.1.2 Experience developing web based applications utilizing Microsoft Visual Studio.Net;
6.1.3 Experience developing databases utilizing Microsoft SQL Server;
6.1.4 Experience with WebSphere, MQ Series and data interfaces;
6.1.5 Senior level experience working with customers to extract detailed requirements
6.1.6 Senior level experience developing uses cases scenarios
6.1.7 Senior level experience in systems analysis, design, modeling and system architecture;
6.1.8 Senior level experience validating business and technical requirements;
6.1.9 Senior level experience utilizing the Rational Unified Process (RUP);
6.1.10 Senior level experience software quality assurance & testing;

6.1.12 Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in written, visual and oral formats with project teams, internal and external business and technical representatives, and executive management.
