Job Description Developer: ASP.Net, C#.Net, VB.Net, Java Jsp MS Team Foundation Server VisSt

Purpose:
is currently seeking services of a professional in Systems Analysis AND in Client Server, Web & N-Tier Application Development to help develop the COHE system.

Scope of Work and Expectations:
The contractor selected will report to the COHE Expansion Projects Project Manager, and/or their designee. Because the contractor chosen through this solicitation will be responsible for the manner and means of conducting and completing the work, the descriptions are not intended to completely describe all of the work that the vendor may need to perform to complete the deliverables.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Systems Analysis
A. Knowledge AND experience leading, facilitating, and performing system analysis and design.
B. Knowledge AND experience documenting the outcome of system design sessions using industry standard tools e.g., Entity relationship diagrams, UML class diagrams, object-oriented analysis/design methods, or CASE engineering tools.
C. Knowledge AND experience developing, recommending, testing, and presenting system prototypes.
D. Knowledge AND experience developing detailed data requirements, data dictionaries, data models and all other system design documentation.
E. Knowledge AND experience leading system design verification processes ensuring design meets customer-defined architectural standards and validated software requirements.
F. Knowledge AND experience as technical lead providing project management reports and reporting progress against planned activities.
2. Client Server, Web & N-Tier Application Development
A. Knowledge AND experience planning and overseeing software development lifecycle, including post-implementation support when performing duties as a lead developer.
B. Knowledge AND experience coding and testing application programs ensuring the code delivered properly implements the validated software requirements and the validated system design.
C. Knowledge AND experience managing system development issues and design changes.
D. Knowledge AND experience transferring and training customers technical staff to ensure full transition of maintenance activities.
E. Knowledge AND experience using UNIX/Linux server, Windows server class operating systems, Windows client, CITRIX-hosted client server and internet browser environments.
F. Knowledge AND experience designing, testing and implementing relational databases, including a full understanding of SQL scripting, using MS SQL Server 2008, MS-Access, Oracle, or other database engines in common use today.
G. Knowledge AND experience using Microsoft, J2EE or other mainstream integrated development environments and tool sets.
H. Experience programming thick or thin GUIs/clients OR web-based systems.
I. Technical skills AND experience in the following technologies:
1. ASP.NET Web Controls

3. Cross-Browser/Cross-Platform development
4. Java, JSP
5. MS Team Foundation Server
6. SQL/ TRANSACT SQL/PLSQL
