Description :

This position will report to the OCI Technology Services Section Chief and will work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to collect and manage requirements, translate needs between business SMEs and technical teams, assist with conversion validation, and organize and lead acceptance testing.


The most qualified candidate will have:
• Business analysis experience utilizing agile concepts.
• Proven experience eliciting business requirements and working with development teams to turn the business need into technical solution.
• Experience defining acceptance criteria and leading testing activities to ensure deliverables meet the business need.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating work with vendor staff, business SMEs, and technical staff from multiple areas.
• Self-initiative to identify and drive the tasks that need to be done (there will not be a lead BA).

This position will be responsible for, but not limited to:
1. Requirements elicitation: facilitate meetings and workshops, create a shared understanding with stakeholders, and engage team-members to gather and understand requirements.
2. Requirements analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to decompose large stories into features and user stories that can be understood by the development team.
3. Requirements documentation: Translate features and functions into documented items for development teams.
4. Creating acceptance criteria to express requirements. Ensures test and validation plans are complete.
5. Organize and lead acceptance testing including facilitating testing of vendor delivered changes.
6. Primary liaison between product managers and development team. Communicates scope changes to development teams
7. Fill the role as Product Owner in Scrum teams
8. Lead grooming exercises.
9. Accountable for sprint readiness and delivery.
