Responsibilities will include: • Work with the Bureau of Operations Planning (BOP) to coordinate all data requests. • Run reports and compile licensing data for ad hoc report requests from bureau and divisional leadership on child care licensing topics (COVID protocols, Child Care Counts funding, industry trends, policy questions, workload distribution and bureau performance). • Use Web Intelligence to pull monthly licensing data. Analyze the data, create Pivot tables and charts, compile statistics, and identify bureau workload and performance trends. Present summary of analysis to BECR leadership. • Compile BECR data for required federal reports under the Child Care Development Block Grant, such as for the annual Quality Performance Report (QPR) and the agencys Child Care Development Fund State Plan. • In collaboration with BOP, document and maintain detailed work procedures for running routine reports and data requests. • Collaborate with the Bureau of Operations Planning and Business Intelligence Reporting teams on the development for new report needs and troubleshooting data issues with existing reports. • Participate in bureau meetings and present information when requested. • Represent BECR on various intra-agency IT, research and data reporting work groups. • Assist the BECR policy team with data analysis and research for various policy initiatives, projects, audit reports and inquiries. • Contribute to special projects as requested by bureau and divisional leadership. • In collaboration with the BOP QA team, develop a quality assurance and improvement program and specific measures to apply to the regulation and licensing of child care programs regulated by BECR. • In collaboration with the BOP Communications Team, assist the BECR policy team with the creation, tracking and maintenance of bureau policies, procedures, web content, forms, correspondence, training materials, and documents. • Provide training and technical assistance for Regional Staff on WISCCRS data entry, data pull and report analysis.
