Provide timely, thorough, and informative responses for account access questions or concerns to customers and co-workers. Daily job functions will include, but not be limited to: • Manage accounts, passwords, and access to various applications, servers and other systems. • Create and execute PowerShell scripts to administer user accounts, distribution lists, groups, etc. for the enterprise Exchange messaging system. • Help administer security and system-related functions in ETFs LAN environment. • Help administer IBM mainframe security (Resource Access Control Facility) RACF and LAN security; define new users, modify dataset and resource rules, reset passwords, and update security tables. • Generate, review, and distribute security and monitoring reports. Ensure that appropriate staff receives these reports. • Research, recommend, and implement best practices security policies, procedures, and guidelines. With new systems being implemented, new technologies are also being introduced, this position will evaluate and recommend ways to improve processes and procedures. These recommendations may also include ways to automate tasks and recommend policy changes as appropriate. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups. Technician capabilities with 4+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
