Description : ------------------------------------------------------ This recruitment is seeking an experienced ETL developer to work in the Enterprise section. The incumbent will be responsible for ETL design, development, testing, maintenance, metadata and implementation of data warehouse initiatives. They must understand user requirements and implement solutions that ensure requirements can be achieved through high quality deliverables that support critical work of the organization. This person will develop ETL mapping specifications for loading information into the data warehouse and for ensuring reliability of information loaded. They will seek continuous improvement in performance & tuning of data warehouse and ensure security of data. This developer will monitor technological advancements to ensure that solutions are continuously improved, supported, and aligned with industry and company standards. The incumbent will work with other IT technical teams and program area users to understand requirements,recommend and implement solutions. This developer will work with minimal supervision with latitude for independent judgment. This developer should have strong communication and leadership skills, be willing and able to assist and mentor less experienced peers and be a team player. Prior experience building and supporting Collection-focused data products, such as Benefits Recovery Investigation Tracking System (BRITS), and experience with the referral/investigation lifecycle and claims processing is required. Experience with SQL Server is required.
