This position will also be responsible for workstation management using Microsoft SCCM, software packaging for various complex software applications including testing with product support staff and the actual deployment to workstations, monthly workstation patching and management, advanced workstation hardware support, desktop virtualization, desktop management using Beyond Insights PowerBroker tool as well as product ownership/support for numerous desktop applications like WinZip, CutePDF and others.
