Description:
Skills: Windows Exchange Server Admin

Perform the administrative and technical duties of supporting enterprise messaging and collaboration systems running on Microsoft based operating systems along with all third party interfaces to the corporate messaging environment. Have an ability to interface with end users for problem resolution.

Provide second level support for Microsoft Exchange

Monitor Microsoft Exchange performance and troubleshoot issues.

Experience on Patching and maintenance activities

Troubleshoot on Outlook issues (Outlook 2010 and Mac ( 2011 ) )

Troubleshoot on mail flow issues

Working knowledge on Exchange cluster database issues.

Mailbox recovery from database and deleted email recovery

Troubleshooting on Exchange replication issues.

Interface with vendors both primary and third-party for support and developer problem/issue escalation.

Exchange 2010 administration and day to day operation.

Experience in Symantec Enterprise Vault administration.

Windows Active directory / Microsoft Exchange 2010 Technical knowledge is a must.

Support enterprise production environments by proactive administration of the server estate, including performance, integrity, and security of servers and their related hardware.

Configure, maintain, upgrade and patch servers in accordance with monthly Microsoft release bulletins.

Monitor and address issues related to systems performance and/or availability.

Perform trend analysis and manage server/storage capacity

Experience :

6-8 years specialized with Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010 experience highly desired.

Team Lead or people management experience.

Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.

Excellent interpersonal skills and strong abilities to develop and enhance relationships with clients and peers.

Ability to work closely with 1st line and 2nd line support staff to resolve issues.

Assist in providing support out of standard working hours, including ad-hoc weekend on-site requests
